RENT the Chalet Rose, chalet in “Les Contamines Montjoie” in the Haute-Savoie area of the French Alps. Ideal for all-year round self-catering holidays with your family or friends; skiing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, paragliding and climbing are all on your door step.
Les Contamines is a small beautiful traditional Alpine village close to Saint Gervais, Sallanches, Chamonix , and Megève.The "Chalet Rose" was built in 1906. It sleeps up to 15 people in the summer in 7 bedrooms.
In winter ski or snowboard on the very nice, well-established fully linked ski resort with over 250 km of marked runs. The area has a fantastic snow record from mid December to late April and the resort has invested heavily in new lifts and snow canons.
In summer, relax in the backyard which offers uninterrupted views of the dramatic mountain range that surrounds the chalet and choose from the many activities available locally: gentle or challenging walks, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming in a mountain lake, pony trekking and climbing.Many activities are offered in or around the village for children, teenagers and adults.
