The first thirteen years of my education were spent at Moravian Academy a small private school located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In high school I was entrenched in student life, acting as Secretary of my class during my Junior year, and Secretary of the Student Body during my Senior year. I was co-president of the Social Council during my senior year, and was also the only female member on the co-ed Varsity Golf team for my entire high school career.
I applied Early Decision to Sweet Briar College in the fall of 2005, and was accepted and granted an academic scholarship. I spent May of my Senior year interning for Congressman Charles W. Dent of the 15th district in Pennsylvania. I spent this time learning how to handle the relations between a Congressman and his or her constituents.
On August 15, 2006 I moved my homebase to Sweet Briar College located in Central Virginia. I will be studying here for the next 3.5 years.
