Technical and Professional Skills:
Power Tools	Throughout my senior year in high school I used power tools on a daily basis for my advanced engineering class. Now that I am at Sweet Briar, I have been able to learn how to operate various other types of machines and the safety measures that must be taken when using them.
Microsoft Excel	My skills in Microsoft Excel have greatly improved this year. I develop spreadsheets for labs in physics as well as some assignments in engineering.
Microsoft Office	Through high school I often used Microsoft Office, but I have become more proficient with the program this year.
Macromedia Dreamweaver	I have also learned basic webpage design using Macromedia Dreamweaver. I found the task of learning this program challenging, but with time I'm sure it will come easier and be a beneficial skill to have.
Auto CAD	My knowledge of Auto CAD comes from my high school courses. I took basic technical drawing, architectural drawing, engineering, and advanced engineering. Most of my work on Auto CAD is with architectural drawing and engineering, but I have some knowledge in 3D design.
